Ka mau te wehi! You’ve successfully taken a great leap towards better sleep. This website supports The Sleep Book and between the two you  will have all of the tools you need to improve your sleep. Don’t forget that losing just 10 minutes of sleep a night can negatively impact your learning and behaviour!

The best way to use this website is to click on the area that you are currently studying. If you want to find extra information, use your eSafety skills and do some of your own online research. As we find more great resources we will update the website.
